Located inside Mid-Cape Athletic Club, Be Fit Studio is an independent Stott Pilates Studio offering small group classes on the reformer, as well as Barre + Board classes.

 

Rebecca is a STOTT PILATESĀ® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than ten years teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.

Pilates for Tennis

Reformer class to improve muscular balance, agility, power, strength and range of motion. Class limited to 4 people; experience necessary.

INDO ROW / TRX

Take your fitness to the next level with this motivating cardio & core program using eater rowers! You will be coached through a challenging circuit workout using the water rower, medicine balls and tubing. This high intensity workout is guaranteed to get results! Offered through Mid Cape Athletic Club.

A total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility, and tone using carefully selected exercises to help stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body. Great for all levels. Offered through Mid Cape Athletic Club (free for members).

Indo Row & Barre
(The Rowing studio)

Short bursts of non-impact cardio using the Indo water rowers mixed with barre inspired strength intervals. This total body workout will use a combination of big, power driving muscles during the row, and small, stabilizing muscle during the barre work.

Group Reformer

Appropriate for students who have finished the new client program, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class limited to 4 people; experience necessary.

Private Lessons

One on one session which will be designed for you and your individual needs. May include Pilates Reformer, Mat and Tower exercises in the session.  

Reform& ROW
(The Rowing studio) 

Begin with 20-30 minutes on the Pilates Reformer in Be Fit Studio.  Then move up to The Rowing Studio for a 20-30 minutes endurance row that will focus on the fundamentals of Indo Rowing.  Great class for a beginner of rowing or pilates reformer.
