Located inside Mid-Cape Athletic Club, Be Fit Studio is an independent Stott Pilates Studio offering small group classes on the reformer, as well as PIYO and Barre + Board classes.

 

Rebecca is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than ten years teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.

Appropriate for students who have finished the new client program, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class limited to 4 people; experience necessary.

Group Reformer

Get your cardio and balance workout with the sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates - and the strength and flexibility of yoga.  Be sure to check out this fat burning workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined. Offered through Mid Cape Athletic Club (free for members).

PIYO

Take your fitness to the next level with this motivating cardio & core program using eater rowers! You will be coached through a challenging circuit workout using the water rower, medicine balls and tubing. This high intensity workout is guaranteed to get results! Offered through Mid Cape Athletic Club.

INDO ROW / TRX

Reformer class to improve muscular balance, agility, power, strength and range of motion. Class limited to 4 people; experience necessary.

Pilates for Tennis

A total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility, and tone using carefully selected exercises to help stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body. Great for all levels. Offered through Mid Cape Athletic Club (free for members).

PILATES MAT

NEW CLIENTS ONLY. This series is designed to allow you to become familiar with the reformer and repertoire. An essential introduction to small group reformer classes.

New Client Special

The best of standing ballet barre and Pilates core work, plus short cardio intervals using the Pilates reformer jump board. Think zero to low impact and almost weightless jumps for a total body workout in this fun class. Class limited to 8 people, no experience necessary.
