Located inside Mid-Cape Athletic Club, Be Fit Studio is an independent Stott Pilates Studio offering small group classes using the reformer, towers, and other small equipment as well as private or semi-private instruction in person or virtually. 


Rebecca is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than fifteen years teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.

SMall Group Reformer SESSION 

Appropriate for students who have finished the new client program, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class limited to 4 people; experience necessary.


Enjoy a 55 minute session for you and 1 other person.

intro to reformer series

New to pilates reformer?  This four-class series is designed to teach you how to properly set up your machine, as well as take you through many of the basic exercises we do in Mixed Level Small Group classes.  Limited to 4 people, you will have lots of attention from Rebecca to help keep you safe and moving correctly during every class. 

No experience necessary. 

Cardio trampoline on the reformer 

Appropriate for all students.

This class will focus strongly on cardio-vascular exercise but will include warm-up and cool-down using the reformer. 

Class limited to 4 people; no experience necessary.


Virtual one on one session which will be designed for you and your individual needs.
